1. UTOPIC Summer Dance Camp

• No refunds are accepted for UTOPIC Summer Dance Camp registrations.

• Name changes are allowed but must be requested via email at summercamp@utopicdance.com. Please include all necessary registration details in your request.
   

2. Online Merchandising Purchases

• For orders placed through our website, returns are accepted within 14 days of your purchase date.

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
   

3. On-Site Merchandising Purchases (During the Event)

• Exchanges for size or manufacturing defects are accepted exclusively during the event.

• No refunds are allowed unless the required size is unavailable.

• Used items cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
   

4. Jewelry and Accessories

• No returns are accepted for jewelry and accessories, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

• If a defect is found, please notify us immediately to proceed accordingly.
   

5. Return and Exchange Procedure
