    We offer a wide variety of styles, including some that focus on foundational elements of specific styles. This year, we’ll have classes in house, hip hop, and possibly more. Stay tuned for the official teacher announcements!
  • What does the UTOPIC Summer Dance Camp registration include?
    It includes access to all classes, the activities organized during the event, a surprise welcome gift, the access bracelet, and the opportunity to enjoy the campsite facilities.
  • Where is the UTOPIC Summer Dance Camp held?
    The UTOPIC Summer Dance Camp takes place at Camping & Bungalow Resort La Ballena Alegre, located in Sant Pere Pescador, Girona. This beautiful resort offers comfortable bungalows, multiple swimming pools, direct beach access, and all the necessary facilities, including restaurants and supermarkets. The campsite provides a secure and convenient environment, ideal for both participants and parents.

  • Are there payment plans available?
    Yes, we offer a 3-installment interest-free payment plan through PayPal.
  • How can I book my spot?
    You can book your spot directly on our website. You only need to make the first payment of €200 to secure your place. After that, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to make the second payment of €200 at your convenience.
  • What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
    We do not accept cancellations. However, you can transfer your booking to another person if you notify us in advance.
  • What should I do if the camp is sold out?
    If the event is sold out, don’t worry! You can still join the waitlist by filling out the waitlist form. If someone cancels or releases their spot, we will contact you as soon as a vacancy becomes available. Make sure to keep an eye on your email for updates.
  • How much do the classes and accommodation cost?
    The classes cost €400, which you can pay in two installments of €200 each. Accommodation in the bungalows is an additional cost: Empúries: €186 Empúries Suite: €250.50 The main difference is that the Empúries Suite is newer, more comfortable, and has two full bathrooms, while the Empúries bungalow has one full bathroom and a second with only a toilet.
  • What should I do if I don’t receive the confirmation email?
    If you don’t receive your confirmation email immediately, don’t worry! It may take up to a week for the email to arrive. As long as you’ve completed the payment correctly, your spot is secured. However, if the email hasn’t arrived after a week, please reach out to us to make sure there hasn’t been any issue with your registration or payment. We’re happy to help!
  • Can I bring my own tent or caravan?
    This option must be directly arranged with the campsite to check the availability of pitches. Accommodation is not required to attend the classes, but we highly recommend staying in the bungalows to fully enjoy the experience.
  • Can I choose who I share a bungalow with?
    Yes, if you’re coming with friends, family, or your dance group, you can request to share the same bungalow. If you’re coming alone, we’ll assign you a bungalow based on gender, age, and location to ensure the best experience.
  • What should I bring for the accommodation?
    We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, personal hygiene items, towels, and any food or drinks you’d like if you plan to cook in the bungalow.
  • Will there be performances or shows?
    Yes, in addition to the classes, we’ll host a showcase night and battles. You’ll also have the chance to enjoy special performances by the teachers and unique moments showcasing the participants’ talent.
  • Are the classes mandatory?
    No. You’re free to attend the classes you prefer and enjoy the event in your own way. We want you to have a relaxed experience tailored to your needs.
  • Are there social activities besides the classes?
    Yes! We organize networking activities to connect with other dancers, a showcase night where students and teachers can perform their pieces, and battles open to all dancers with an attractive prize for the winners.
  • What food options do I have?
    The campsite offers several dining services. You can also buy groceries at the onsite supermarket and cook in the bungalows, which are fully equipped with a kitchen and basic utensils.
  • What food options are available for special diets?
    The campsite offers a variety of dining options to suit different tastes and dietary preferences. If you have specific dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.), please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them. You can also cook your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen of the bungalows, giving you flexibility to manage your diet.
  • Is there parking available?
    Yes, each bungalow comes with one free parking spot for the guests staying in it.
  • What do I do upon arrival at the campsite?
    Head to the UTOPIC check-in area, where you’ll receive the keys to your bungalow and everything you need to start your experience.
  • How do I get to the campsite?
    You can arrive by car, bus, or train. We’ll also offer a transfer service, as we did last year, with stops at Barcelona Airport and train stations. More details about this service will be provided later.
  • Can I attend with my pet?
    Pets are not allowed in the bungalows designated for event attendees. However, you can check with the campsite to explore other accommodation options where pets might be allowed.
  • What should I bring to the event?
    Comfortable clothes and shoes for the classes. Sunscreen if you plan to enjoy the outdoor areas. A towel and swimsuit for the pools or the beach. Any materials for taking notes or recording your progress in the classes, if you’d like.
  • Will there be merchandise available at the UTOPIC Summer Dance Camp?
    Yes, there will be exclusive UTOPIC merchandise available for sale during the event, including new items designed for this edition. Additionally, we will have a liquidation area where you can purchase items from previous editions, if available. Don’t miss out on the chance to grab some cool gear!
  • What happens if I get injured during the event?
    The event is covered by insurance for such cases. Additionally, the campsite has a doctor available for any incidents outside the main activities.
